Overview:
Dinny Hall - recently named jewellery designer of the year - is a leading British jewellery brand with stores across London and a fast-growing global web business. Dinny believes that jewellery must be worn, loved and celebrated every day. The brand was established in 1985 and has gone from strength to strength to become known as one of the most high profile and much-loved jewellery brands in the UK with 5 stores across London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods as well as a concession in Liberty London.

We are seeking an experienced **Temporary** **Luxury Jewellery Supervisor** to support the management team and drive store performance. This is a temporary position for **six months** with the potential for a permanent role based on performance and business growth.

In this role, you will lead and inspire the sales team, ensure an exceptional client experience, and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail in a fast-paced, international shopping destination.

**Responsibilities**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and international clientele
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring and communicating sales targets and KPIs (data capture, ASP, footfall)
- Handle high-value transactions with accuracy, discretion, and security awareness
- Oversee visual merchandising, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Instil passion and pride for the brand and product
- Responsible for ensuring stock loss is minimised by conducting weekly rotative inventories and delegating to team in absence of Manager
- Continue to develop sales techniques and assist in the development and training of Sales Consultants
- Confident and knowledgeable on how to use and extract reports on Microsoft office a Retail management system
- Develop and nurture client list with support of manager
- Propose commercial ideas to Senior Management to help drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Keep up to date of market trends in the Jewellery retail industry and monitoring what our competitors are doing in the Village, reporting back regularly
- Ensure company policies and Bicester Village luxury retail standards are always met

Qualifications:

- Experience within a luxury retail environment, ideally Jewellery sales experience
- Proven selling skills and working against targets
- A great communicator and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A genuine interest in Jewelry and Fashion
- Eager to learn and build on your retail and product knowledge
- Ability to represent brand in appropriate way
- Be articulate with a good command of both spoken and written English
- A flexible team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
- Can demonstrate knowledge and passion for the Dinny Hall brand as well as awareness of brand competitors
