Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Nursing and Residential Home?

We are looking for a dynamic individual who either has a Level 2 or 3 QCF in Health and Social Care or are willing to work towards this qualification. You will be working closely with the Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead and leading the Care Team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for medication administration, carrying out quality audits, will lead by example and monitor standards. Your standards will be of the highest caliber and a “can do” attitude is essential. In turn, you will work in a beautiful Home, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to improve our Home.

DBS, Uniform, Breaks and Handover are all paid by Hill Care. We also offer free-parking and Bank Holiday Working enhancements.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northallerton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
