VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a **Project Executive **for a leading global financial organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a thriving company that offers an amazing working environment, fantastic package and progression opportunities

This role will be **Hybrid **working, involving a split of working in **Belfast City Centre**, and working from home. This is a Monday - Friday position (**Permanent**).

Flexible start and finish times are also available - This is an amazing Global company.

**Salary**:
£23,000 - £28,000 + Progression Opportunities + Great Benefits

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the running of multiple projects with competing deadlines,
- Monitor project plan deliverables on a daily basis and keep ZOHO updated with an accurate status;
- Liaise with offices & the client regarding project deliverables;
- Minute and action taking ensuring the relevant person gets allocated the correct action;
- Review issue logs (in ZOHO) on a weekly basis and update the status;
- Escalating in a timely manner;
- Setting up Microsoft Teams conference calls;
- Other general administrative tasks; and
- Provide concise overview of project status to all team members during a daily Teams call.

**The Ideal Person**:

- **1-year project management experience is essential**:

- Excellent project planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Relationship building skills
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work
- Desire to progress career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
