These guys are one of the UKs best known and respected names in the insurance space and here you'll be joining them in the role of Commercial Broker in their Glasgow offices.
Having gone through some major operational change, the client proposition here is much more than typical insurance broking.
It's all about being a trusted risk advisor to clients.
And that means you'll be working closely with SME and mid-corporate level businesses to support them through their insurance process from designing risk programs and new business placement through to servicing the renewal process.
All the while you will be linking in with in-house claims, risk management and business development teams.
Client-wise you'll be working with a huge range of clientele from tech firms and life sciences through to charities, engineers and construction.
And the hybrid working policy will see you based at home for three days per week and coming into the office for collaboration days the other two.
So if you want somewhere that you can rapidly progress and have some serious L&D options at your fingertips then this will suit.
Ideally you'll have some commercial insurance experience from either a broker or insurer.
Salary is up to £40,000.
