**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes in dealing with stock arrivals, departure and stock management. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality control and effective handling within the warehouse environment.

**Duties**
- Operate and manage the warehouse management system to track inventory levels and streamline operations.
- Dealing with stock arriving
- Stock shelves and organise products in accordance with company standards for easy access and retrieval.
- Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to meet requirements and deadlines
- Perform heavy lifting as needed, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Work well with other members of the team, including remote workers.
- Be computer alliterate as there is a seperate part of the role which will require skills in customer service and dealing with computer software. Any experience in web design/software development would be a massive bonus
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, coordinating with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Provide mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong skills in loading, unloading, stock management, picking, packing, and heavy lifting.
- A solid understanding of materials handling techniques and safety regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to warehouse equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail for quality control processes.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork within a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent knowledge of IT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
