Are you an experienced **Cleaner** looking for a change of scenery? We have an opening with a company based in **Trafford Park **whospecialise in bespoke sound & lighting installation across an array of exciting projects.

In this role you’ll play a key part in maintaining the pristine image of this innovative, modernised business.

**What will you be doing as a Caretaker?**
- Ensuring that the building and its communal spaces are maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- Maintaining bathroom and kitchen facilities to a very high hygienic standard, ensuring all consumables are replaced as necessary
- Maintaining a high level of tidiness around the exterior of the company building
- Undertaking deep or special cleaning throughout the building as required
- Removing and managing the disposal of waste for the communal areas
- Recording stock items that are running low and report to your line manager
- Adhering to all site health and safety requirements
- Storing cleaning products and chemicals appropriately using COSHH cabinets as provided
- Carrying out light maintenance duties as required (training may be provided if needed)
- Cleaning company vehicles on occasion
- On an ongoing basis, notifying the line manager of areas identified for needing improvement or repair
- Carrying out other duties as requested by the line manager

**What do you need?**
- Previous cleaning experience
- An understanding of cleaning processes and the chemicals/equipment needed
- Strong punctuality & timekeeping

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
