Here at Glasgow Audi we are on the Look-out for a Workshop Controller to join our busy workshop team.

Being a Workshop Controller with Lookers Audi will include supervising and motivating our team of Service technicians and pro-actively review the daily workload. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks. You will also maintain relationships with the vehicle manufacturer and provide support to Technicians during repairs and ensure that high standards are achieved and maintained within the workshop and surrounding areas.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum of NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Prior workshop Experience essential
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Well developed management and leadership skills
- Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
- Excellent Management and leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
