Cyber Energia is a new business launched by the CFP Energy Group to provide advanced cyber defence from evolving digital threats. We provide comprehensive cyber security for renewable energy assets. This is a new business venture and as a start-up business, we’re a small team with a big ambition. The role of PA and Team Coordinator is crucial and will support the Managing Director of the business and the wider team.

**Essential functions of the job**:

- Responsible for the effective diary management for the Managing Director
- Coordination of internal and external meetings for the MD and Leadership team, ensuring any specific meeting requirements are coordinated successfully
- Preparation and submission of Credit Card expenses
- Responsible for planning and coordinating invitations to corporate events and hospitality
- Responsible for planning and coordination of travel arrangements for the Leadership Team and wider Cyber Security team as required
- Coordination of materials for internal and external meetings, plus external venues as required
- Planning and coordination of Cyber Security presence at conferences and trade events - including promotional materials and liaison with production teams
- General office duties, including copying/scanning, managing inbound and outbound post, and managing office stationery needs
- Ad-hoc admin support

**Skills and experience**:

- Highly organised with a strong ability to multi-task
- Technically savvy with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, self-starter with an ability to organise and multi-task in a busy, commercial environment
- Discreet with an ability to work on confidential matters
- Personable, with great communication skills
- Fluent in Portuguese
