**Diabetes Support Specialist - Diabetes Medical Technologies**

**Territory - East London and Essex** including St Barts, Newham, Homerton, Broomfields. Southend

Our client is a leading provider of unique diabetes self-medication systems, including an innovative hybrid closed loop system that allows patients to monitor and manage their diabetes via an App

Our client is looking for a Medical Representative with a track record of success within the field of diabetes including experience promoting Insulin Pumps

**Key responsibilities include**:

- New business generation with all relevant HCPs including Diabetes Specialist Nurses (DSNs), Diabetes Practice Nurses, Diabetes Consultants, Dieticians, CCG, ICS and Procurement customers.
- Pump starts with patients and HCPs, virtually and face to face
- Product training and demonstrations

**To be considered for this important role you must meet the following**:

- Extensive knowledge of diabetes therapies including Insulin Pumps and Hybrid Closed Loop therapy either in sales or as a nurse
- Extensive knowledge of diabetes management
- Demonstrable track record of negotiation skills and sales achievement across the designated territory.
- Willing to Travel. Due to the nature of the role the applicant will be required to travel across a large territory and may be required to stay overnight on occasions.
