We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to join our Group marketing team. You will be an experienced B2B marketing professional who has a good working understanding of digital marketing and ideally marketing automation. As well as being key to the running of Renishaw’s Marketo operations, you will support the management and development of our Martech stack and assist in the development of the department’s reporting function. You will have an analytical mind and be an expert in analysing data to provide meaningful insights to all areas of the business.

This role
- Providing support to the ‘marketing operations’ side of our marketing automation management and development.
- Designing and creating core global programs.
- Supporting subsidiary marketing automation operations, particularly with data management and lead management.
- Creating and implementing process flows and automation to support the buyer journey.
- Providing meaningful insight to all areas of the business to assist in the evaluation of marketing programs and channel usage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain global persona-focused multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues across the marketing organisation.
- Assist in the creation and deployment toolkits to enable effective marketing automation program configuration by regional marketing teams.
- Collaboration with the Sales enablement function to ensure alignment with global sales messaging and sales insight.
- Support and consult our regional marketing teams and campaign managers to help them specify and achieve their goals from local marketing programs.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and channels.
- Supporting existing Martech stack (Marketo, GoToWebinar and Google Marketing)

Key requirements
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing or similar role
- Strong listening, communications, and networking skills to enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem solving skills, and strong Excel and data visualisation skills for presenting insights to all areas of the business.
- Experience using Google Marketing platform (particularly Google Analytics and Google Data Studio)
- Flexible can-do approach
- Analytical mind-set

Desirable requirements
- Experience of working with and administering CRM, marketing automation, webinar and other sales and marketing technology
- Experience of training users
- Experience using BI tools such as Google Data Studio or Microsoft PowerBI for data visualisation and reporting.
- Understanding of data regulations including GDPR and CCPA
- Basic knowledge of web design including HTML, ideally JavaScript and databases (SQL) JSON and working with APIs
