Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner
- Answer enquiries, provide accurate information and direct visitors to appropriate staff
- Manage incoming calls and diligently take messages as required
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing post/mail
- Monitor the reception area to ensure a neat, organised, and professional environment
- Update and maintain office equipment and merchandise on a regular basis
- Carry out stock checks
- Upsell merchandise
- Undertake other administrative tasks as and when required

Position Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role with sales
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette
- Superb organisational & multi-tasking capability
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Proactive & able to think on your feet
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality rules at all times
- Valid driver’s license

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
