Hostsmart are a holiday let company with offices based in Henley On Thames and operating within the Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Buckinghamshire region.

We are looking for an experienced and very thorough housekeeper either full or part time with a good attention to detail to help with our changeover cleans between guests. As our business is based on receiving 5* guests reviews we pride ourselves in offering a very high standard of cleanliness.

The job role will involve;
1. All aspects of cleaning required to ensure that the holiday lets are kept to a 5 star standard both inside and out

2. Making up beds and ensuring furnishings are prepared, cleaned and ready for the guests arrival

3. Highlighting and reporting damages to the Maintenance Team

4. Restocking the properties with toiletries

This role will involve shift work to cover weekends as and when required, it is normally 1 in 3 weekends that you will need to be on call incase of any cleaning required.

Hours will mainly be from either 8am to 4.00pm or 8.30am-4.30pm.

**Skills**:

- Customer service skills to interact with clients and guests in a professional manner
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Please note that previous experience in working in a hotel is not required for this position. However, if you have experience in these areas, it may be considered an asset.
