As a childcare professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in our care. You will play a crucial role in their development by planning and implementing engaging activities that promote their physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth.
In addition to your passion for working with children, you will need have excellent organisational skills. You will be responsible for planning activities and recording your findings making it easily understandable for both children, parents and caregivers.

**To succeed as a Nursery Practitioner in our organisation you will be: -**

Full-time Hours - between 8am and 5.30pm, 5 days a week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to the children’s individual needs, and implement related personal programs, including social, health, physical, hygiene, and first aid and welfare matters
- Supervise and support children ensuring their safety and access to a creative, nurturing learning environment.
- Establish good relationships with children, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
- Promote the equality, inclusion and acceptance of all children
- Encourage children to interact with others and engage in activities led by the leader.
- Encourage children's independence in line with the Reggio Emilia & Montessori approaches.
Pay: £8.60-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
