**Accountable to: Contract manager**
**Location: Battersea**

We offer an exceptional client experience, with staff that are committed to delivering an excellent customer service, a support network to ensure our staff receives the continual support and training required to give a consistent high level of customer service.
**Job Summary & Purpose**
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the cars & visitors arriving to site are dealt with in an friendly & efficient manner (5 Star Service) as prescribed by the client. Ensure the ground floor car park remains as clear as possible throughout the day & you are working in an efficient manner following all safe systems of work.
**Key responsibilities**
- To work with onsite team, complete duties & ensure all are following site rules & working in an efficient & productive manner.
- Ensure all vehicles arriving onsite are appraised & damages recorded using client software.
- Ensure you are wearing correct uniform & PPE at all times.
- Deal with customer complaints or issues or escalate to the senior driver as appropriate.
- Complete shuttle bus runs for customers.
- Ensure Keys are stored in Key Traka when not in use & are kept safe when in your care.
- Ensure you move vehicles around the site in accordance with highway code & in adherence to site rules.
- Drive with Care & vigilance.
- Should damage occur, please report to Senior Driver immediately to escalate & inform the Contract Manager & Clients.
- Be able to work with team and on own initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- To provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers, ensuring your standards meet with IT Fleet expectations.
- Undertake training & development of your skills to cover for key staff absence through holiday and other absence cover.
