We are looking for an experienced inspector to carry out daily inspections, load all reports once completed on software. Liaise with landlords and manager of any finding from the reports,

Carry out inventories/viewings

Check in and check out reports

Prepare reports for any DPS claims

Change over of utilities of all new tenants checking in/out

This role will suit a quick thinker, time management is crucial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
