**Production Operative - Weekend Shift Alpha**

The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.

**The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Follow process instructions to assist in achieving daily output
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Wearing full PPE Lead
- Weigh fill and press Squid Cartridges
- Manufacture and preparation for Chaff productions
- Assembly of Flares
- Ensure compliance with the Core Health & Safety Cire Training
- Quality control of all products
- Handling of pyrotechnic products

**Production Operative Specification**:

- Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain a BPSS
- Ability to wear full PPE
- Previously worked in a similar environment
- Safety knowledge

This role will be worked over 3 days, working 32 hours per week, Friday 15:00-23:30, Saturday and Sunday 11:00-23:30. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
