**Duties of a Community Liaison Officer**:

- Focus on engagement with residents and key stakeholders
- Make them aware about any disruption
- Gather accurate data of communities
- Follow up with residents for feedback on any issues
- Answer any questions about the work being carried out
- Be a brand ambassador
- Capture key customer information

**The successful Community Liaison Officer will have**:

- Experience within a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Be enthusiastic and confident
- Strong experience building relationships
- Passionate about engaging with your local community
- Be creative
- Customer focused
- Experience within Telecoms would be advantageous
