**Summary of Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Undertake end-to-end purchasing process for all fit-out and joinery projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
- Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and in full.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and the joinery workshop to confirm material requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Monitor material usage and proactively address shortages or delays.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Ensure all purchases meet company quality standards and project specifications.
- Support cost control by identifying savings opportunities and avoiding waste.

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in purchasing or procurement within construction, fit-out, or joinery industries.
- Good knowledge of construction and joinery materials, suppliers, and lead times.
- Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using procurement systems.
- Good communication skills, able to liaise effectively with site teams, suppliers, and management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in orders and records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent competitive salary on offer, negotiable dependent upon experience and qualification. Hours to be agreed, but typically 45 per week.
