**Building & Design Team **are currently recruiting **

An Architectural Assistant to work within the Building Design Team, part of the **Asset Management Service **at **Lancashire County Council **.

Our **Building Design Team **is a multidisciplinary and specialised team. We contribute to delivering a comprehensive capital programme which invests in the county council's property including schools, libraries, museums, and offices. Our fantastic team has an array of experts including Architects, M&E Engineers, Structural Engineers and Building Services Engineers.

**What we are looking for **

**Creative and Ambitious Architectural Assistant **- You'll be a creative thinker who can work as part of an established team working on a whole host of building projects - you'll assist in the production of planning and building regulation drawings and specifications - you'll support the **Principal Architect and Project Leads **and assist on a variety of projects - you'll be confident and self-assured, with the ability to communicate with the wider team covering multiple disciplines.

**Challenge **- You will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of our service making the best use of our drawing systems to produce quality drawings and 3D models.
