**The Company**

A well-known developer, with an office base in Exeter are looking for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them **based on site in Plymouth**. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be heavily involved in developments from land acquisition onwards.

Although this region is in its early stages, the plan is to hit up to 400 units in three years. Reputation alone has allowed for the team to build a healthy land bank for the New Year, with current live sites across Devon, Somerset and into Dorset, so thiswill be a busy and exciting role from the offset.

**The Role**

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your initial focus will be on a £30million contracting scheme, working in collaboration with a housing association, to build two apartment blocks as part of a major redevelopment of an area in Plymouth.

**The Person**

You will have previous experience as a Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They are open on project experience and would welcome a conversation with those from a main contractor, developer or subcontractor.
