**The role**:

- Developing sales of core and specialist products.
- Follow up sales leads from colleagues, key suppliers and other partners.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the business, suppliers and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide variety customers and tradespeople.
- Build rapport with customers and proactively generate sales.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensure quantities are correct and undamaged, and resolve any deviations.

**Your profile**:

- Flooring product knowledge
- Commercial acumen
- IT literate
- Experience in a Sales Administrator or Support Agent role (or similar)
- CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Track record of having met and exceeded sales targets
- Interpersonal skills
- Confidence and self-motivation
- Accurate and up to date sharing of product and service information
- Ability to remain calm and conducive during stressful situations
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Providing excellent customer service
- Prioritisation and time-management skills
- Adaptive communication with cross-cultural awareness
- Ability to escalate concerns, anomalies or foreseen challenges to management
