As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Checking off and putting deliveries away accurately and efficiently.
- Advising customers on minor ailments and over-the-counter (OTC) products.
- Serving customers on the till and ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Ordering stock, answering telephone inquiries, and liaising with the dispensary team.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tidiness throughout the pharmacy.
- Carrying out deliveries of medication to patients as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Energetic, presentable, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
- **Driving license required**: You must hold a valid driving licence to support with medication deliveries if needed.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a healthcare or pharmacy environment, is desirable.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to different tasks.
- Familiarity with minor ailments and OTC medicines is an advantage (training can be provided).
