**Here at Mayborn Group, parent company of the award winning baby brand Tommee Tippee, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Content Writer (e-Commerce) to join us on a permanent basis**

Working within the global ecommerce and marketing team, and alongside global creative services and category functions this role is focused on delivering within a digital framework to maximise the impact of our brand communications with consumers.

The role will also involve working closely with the regional commercial and marketing teams to ensure a complete 360-degree approach to digital brand activations across all platforms to maximise our ROI and consumer impact.

**What you will be doing**:

- Creation and validation of optimised online product content for new product launches. As well as continuous improvement of existing portfolio for our e-tail partners, including Amazon and our DTC platform.
- Driving content best practise and creating best in class content for our consumers and being a thorough leader in this field.
- Keyword research as well as competitor monitoring vs rest of the market.
- Work with **Global Category** to understand the features and benefits of new products and translate their briefs into engaging content.
- Work closely with **Global Content team** to brief new content, issue retailer frameworks and provide image suggestions to support copy.
- Work with regions to understand insight briefs, allowing market research to determine content optimisations and, to co-create product content briefs where applicable.
- Manage through translations of globally created content into regional languages using our translation agency.
- Develop and submit briefs and work closely with the internal agency on managing through to sign off.
- Develop frameworks for visuals and inputting into product launch playbooks to ensure consistency of roll out across platforms.
- Management of retailer content on our PIM system, ensuring assets are available and updated as and when needed.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of content and make recommendations for key improvements and refinements.

**What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job**:

- Experience within a similar content-focused role
- Experience in writing SEO-optimised content is desirable
- Passion for translating complex concepts into clear and compelling brand and product storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure mínimal copy errors and amends
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
