Now, we are seeking the right person to join us as an HR Administrator on a fixed term contract, supporting the smooth running of our recruitment and employee relations.

The main focus of this role is to ensure the efficient handling and completion of all HR processes, fostering an environment of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Offer expert advice on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices.
- Monitor absence levels and implement appropriate measures to address any concerns.
- Provide valuable support during investigations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
- Take an active role in recruitment activities, including advertising, CV collation, interview coordination, and issuing relevant correspondence.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new employees, organising inductions, preparing offer letters and contracts, and establishing comprehensive employee files.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to other team members, sharing HR best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- A passion for HR and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
