**Housekeeper/Cleaner**

Here at Host So Simple we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties. We are looking for housekeepers to work during the day with flexible working time patterns available around your other commitments with shifts booked week to week.

We are looking to recruit those looking for a long term permanent job with hours available between 16 - 30+. We have lots of staff members who have been with us many years and we believe we offer one of the best opportunities in the housekeeping sector in Liverpool.

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. If you have an energetic can do attitude you will be an amazing fit for us. You need to be friendly, flexible, and always willing to help. Attention to detail and a reliable approach is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning luxury apartments including bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms to a high standard (full training is given).
- The changing of linen and towels between guests.
- Ensuring and maintaining the presentation of houses for guests and owners.
- Stock control of household basics/essentials.
- Securing the property.
- As well as the main duties, the role will also include overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.
- Restock supplies such as soaps, shampoos, tea, coffee, sugar etc.
- Check all appliances in rooms are in working order.
- Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
- Follow all company safety and security procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Observe and report damage at the properties.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.62-£11.50 per hour
