Paid Search Executive

We’re looking for a bright, talented person with a passion for Paid Search to join our friendly, fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating paid search strategies and managing advertising campaigns to help our eCommerce clients deliver on their objectives.

- Develop paid search strategies, roadmaps and recommendations based on clients' objectives
- Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta and other relevant social media platforms
- Conducting keyword and competitor research
- Create, analyse and present insightful and actionable performance reports for clients
- Working closely with wider team to ensure alignment with other channel activity
- Keep abreast of latest changes and developments in the paid search industry and successfully convert those learnings into opportunities for clients
- Identifying opportunities for upsells and account growth
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2+ years experience managing and being responsible for Paid Search campaigns that deliver great returns
- Google Paid Search accreditations
- Ability to adapt and refine strategies as the search space evolves
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A personable and professional character to build client rapport
- Results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to analyse data Bonus points
- Meta Blueprint certification
- eCommerce experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment Perks of the job
