The Client Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of Client Services Executives and Administrators, ensuring the efficient management of workflow, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of excellent client service.
**As our Client Services Supervisor, you will typically**:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of Client Service Executives and Client Service Administrators
- Oversee allocation of workloads and manage team capacity to ensure efficient service delivery of all administrative and technical support request from our Financial Advisers
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss process change recommendation, issues, and best practices
- Ensure all administrative tasks, including client onboarding, policy administration, New Business submission and document management, are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies, addressing any risks or breaches
- Act as a point of escalation for complex queries from administrators, clients, and financial advisers
- Promote and encourage a positive work environment amongst team members and advisers, ensuring co-operation, efficiency and outstanding service is always delivered.
**What we are looking for in our ideal Client Services Supervisor**:
- Ability to guide and develop a team effectively by mentoring and upskilling where necessary
- Ability to build strong working relationships within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services administration, preferably within an IFA firm
- An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to use clear and concise language in both verbal and written communication
