_**Redwood Care Solutions limited are currently recruiting Domiciliary Care Support Workers to cover the Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot Areas. **_
- Redwood Care Solutions Limited is a CIW Registered Domiciliary Care Company operating in Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot areas.

We are seeking Domiciliary Care Workers to join our Team to provide support to service users in their homes. We offer flexible shift patterns for you to work around your personal life commitments.
- **Duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to Vulnerable Adults who may be Elderly, Disabilities or living with Mental Health & Brain Injuries
- Assist with daily living activities in their own homes, such as personal Care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience working with Vulnerable Adults is preferred but not essential. Full Training is provided

**Essential**:

- MUST POSSESS A DRIVING LICENCE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
