**The Company**

Maison Margaux, a luxury British tableware brand renowned for its exquisite range of linens, tableware, cutlery and glassware catering to events from 20 up to 1000.

This hands-on position that involves day to day operations with event bookings and returns, competent and efficient use of machinery including commercial dishwashers and scissor lifts and general organisation of the warehouse. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a can-do approach are essential in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day operations:

- Accurately fulfil client orders and pack items to high standards, inspecting for damage or faults before packing.
- Coordinate order shipments with courier companies ensuring timely dispatch of all orders.
- Load and unload orders, involving heavy lifting to and from vehicles.
- Load dirty crockery, cutlery, and glassware into the dishwasher after events, ensuring all cleaned items are polished and safely stored.
- Check and process all rental returns, organising them back into the stockroom.
- Maintain well-stocked and correctly stacked warehouse, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a warehouse is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Efficient and hardworking

**Job Types**: Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
