Order Pickers

**Salary**: £9.55 - 11.00 per hour

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join our existing team based in Bilston.

Working within a fast paced, target driven, physically demanding, high volume environment employees will be responsible for the picking of goods to order.
- Accurately picking a variety of products for delivery to store
- Using equipment such as a Low-Level Order Picker Truck and hand-held scanners (Training provided)
- Working safely and efficiently with other warehouse colleagues

**Applicants Must**:

- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Previous order picking experience within a distribution environment advantageous but not essential
- Be willing to undertake a 2-day pre-employment session as part of the interview process, which includes training on essential equipment (Only those applicants that pass will be considered for employment to comply with Health and Safety)
- Be able to provide references which will be obtained prior to job offer and eligibility to work within the UK

**Pay Rate**:
£9.55 per hour plus productivity related bonus:
Workers have the opportunity to earn an uncapped performance bonus in line with their pick rate

**Hours & work pattern**:
Rotating 6-2pm & 2-10pm - Saturday to Wednesday
