**Graduate Recruitment Consultant**
Capax RM are currently looking for personable, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our team of recruitment consultants.

**Your Responsibilities**
As a graduate recruitment consultant, your daily schedule may involve:

- Managing interviews
- Maintain relationships with current clients whilst sourcing new ones
- Meeting set and personal KPIs (key performance indicators)

**Our Training Programme**
You’ll receive training for 6-8 weeks where you’ll learn all that is 'recruitment' - the programme will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to be the best that you can be, so if this all sounds unfamiliar then don’t worry Here at Capax RM, you’re allowed to make mistakes, ask questions, and improve

**We’re Looking For**:

- Degree educated (Bachelors) to 2:1 or above, obtained or predicted, **AND/OR** work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Target-driven and can follow processes
- Skilled in building interpersonal relationships
- Self-motivated and self-driven

**Salary and Commissions**:

- Starting 23k - 25k after training
- Uncapped commissions (5-40%)

**Work Schedule**
Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
40 hours a week
Full time, permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
