As our **Credit Controller,**you will ensure the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients. You will also administer and maintain the client ledgers as an adequate securitybase for the lending and establish and maintain a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of clients.

**Your key duties as ourCredit Controller**will include**:

- Providing prompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams
- Ensuring security & profitability of a portfolio of clients through efficient and effective Credit Control
- Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance
- Ensuring ledgers are well maintained and accurate
- Proactively seeking to understand their clients and debtors to allow them to spot opportunities
- Proactively seeking to understand their clients and debtors to allow them to spot both warning signs

**What we are looking for in our idealCredit Controller**:

- Experience in the Invoice Finance industry
- Customer service experience
- Office environment experience
- Good communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic IT & MS office skills; Excel, Word, Outlook
- Credit Control experience in a financial service environment is desirable
