**Get to know the Team**

City Management of DKI Jakarta is a young team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. We make an impact by driving to all business units of GrabCar, GrabBike, GrabExpress, GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabKios Business operations. We are responsible for developing and driving the right strategy to win the market and shape the ideal supply-demand equilibrium while building a sustainable business model.

**Get to know the Role**

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You are responsible for helping achieve Grab business and operation targets in the DKI Jakarta area, from creating the strategy up to implementing and tracking the result of various initiatives.
- You will develop physical asset planning strategy and lead the implementation/execution of the plan
- You will lead on the ground execution for various city management initiatives/campaigns, including but not limited to external events, government relations, asset installation, area survey, etc.
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to grow Grab business in DKI Jakarta
- Create the initiative/campaign report after execution to find rooms for improvement and as a reporting tool to senior management

**The Must-Haves**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in management, business, public administration or engineering
- 1-2 years of working experience preferably in roles that have sales/business target, online activation initiatives and on-the-ground campaign execution
- You are willing to be mobile and carry out off-ground activities (including external stakeholder engagement, event organization, and survey arrangements); willing to be on the ground around 3-5 days a week
- Proficient in data and word processing tools as well as making presentation slides
- Have a strong sense of ownership and leadership
- You have good communication skill, proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Must be based in DKI Jakarta (or willing to relocate to DKI Jakarta)
