**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings and specifications
- Use a wide range of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all work produced
- Work with a variety of hardwoods, softwoods, veneers, and sheet materials
- Assemble, finish, and prepare items for delivery or installation
- Liaise with supervisors and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bench joiner, preferably in a bespoke or high-end workshop environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (desirable)

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
