**Location**: Yorkshire Dales area

**Salary**: £19,000 per annum.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 with a 30-minute break - REMOTE WORKING.

This is a great opportunity for an administrator to join a company that specialises in Occupational Health.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Supporting the Account Management department in all aspects of Administration duties as part of the Occupational Health service provided to clients.
- Assist in the receipt, triage and appointment for all on-placements (new starter health
- Answering any questions in regard to the University accounts informatively, accurately and timely and ensure that any documentary evidence is appropriately stored.
- To oversee the receipt, triage and appointment arrangements for university management referrals.
- To check outcome reports for presentation e.g., grammar/layout and seek appropriate clinical/director level input as appropriate.
- Proactively engage with the Account Manager or other representatives in order to ensure value for money and to seek approval for engaging suppliers outside of the normal process.
- Ensure that Management Referrals are processed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Where a SLA may not be met, keep the client fully updated.
- Deal with concerns/complaints promptly liaising with the necessary colleagues.
- Attend the mass vaccination sessions to provide support to clinical staff including recording the attendance of students, informing schools of any students that do not attend. There is a requirement to stay away from home approximately five weeks per yearwith notice.
- Entering outstanding vaccination activity immediately onto the system following vaccination sessions providing the schools with as much time as possible to chase any students that have outstanding vaccinations.
- Provide vaccination evidence to student upon request - direct phone calls and as additionally required.
- Enter vaccination evidence on to system as required.

- Must hold full UK driving licence
- Flexible with overnight stays and travel
