Due to the continued growth in our Hospitality and Catering provision, we are pleased to be advertising for teaching and assessing opportunities within the department across 16-18 study programmes and Apprenticeships. The department has grown steadily over recent years, with significant investments made in creating a high-quality commercially facing restaurant. This provides an excellent teaching environment for staff and provides learners and apprentices with a learning environment which direct reflects the industry.

Up to 6 hours per week assessing on the Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship. Some flexibility on days but currently taking place on a Monday.

Up to 5 hours per week practical teaching on the level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship. Some flexibility on days but currently taking place on a Wednesday.

2 hours per week practical teaching on the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
