We have an exciting opportunity to work for a long-standing market leading company, based in the Thames Valley, that provides customer focused energy efficient solutions with the UK HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) market. Their portfolioof clients includes some of the leading shopping centres, schools, universities, museums, and galleries to name but a few.

Due to their growth and success, they have an entry level role for a Maunfacturing Engineer that would suit a graduate engineer who wishes to grow within a dynamic business learning as the role develops within the business.

The key responsibilities for the role will be to work within the Operations team to enhance overall equipment efficiency through working on improvement projects. In this role you will identify developing situations to determine inefficiencies and improvementopportunities. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will transform data in to information and intelligence to direct the team the target problems faster.
- Day to day production activities, including stock control and ordering in line with new orders recieved.
- Within the process engineering remit - create the change and measure the benefits across production
- Problem solving processes to drive improvements and deliver projects
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement carried out by other departments across manufacturing
- Due to the technical nature of the solutions offered it is essential that you have a technical background and the ability to read/interpret drawings, specifications.
