Responsibilities of the job:

- Welcoming and serving customers in the restaurant/bar.
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently.
- Serving meals and drinks.
- Till operation and money handling duties.
- Key holder duties, opening and closing of the premises.
- Stock rotation, replenishment and handling weekly deliveries.
- Daily cleaning duties.
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Taking customer reservations in person and via telephone.

Essential criteria:

- Applicants aged 18+ due to licensing laws.
- Own transport desirable due to remote location.
- 3 months experience gained within a customer facing role.

Desirable criteria:

- Previous experience gained within the hospitality industry is preferred, however, full training will be provided.
- A friendly, enthusiastic manner.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable, professional work ethic.
- The ability to work as part of a team, within this fast paced, hardworking but fun environment.
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- The ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- A passion for hospitality, confident and taking pride in their role.

Various day, evening and weekend shifts are required.

Approx 35 hours p/week. A part time position will be considered for the right applicant.

Guide: Day shifts 11am
- 9pm, Evening shifts 4/6pm-midnight
