Transport Administrator

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a Transport environment dealing with Compliance administration.
**Your duties will include**:
- Supporting the planning team with various compliance functions
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Communicating with the Workshop and outside contractors
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and computer systems
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Transport Administrator or in a similar role beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
