We now have an exciting opportunity for Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping Department.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be required to **master the art of versatility** and **inject some energy** whilst completing a variety of duties.

**The main duties expected within the role are**:

- Assist the Executive Housekeeping Manager/ Head Housekeeper in the supervision of the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure product quality standards are met by providing a clean, safe and correctly presented section (includes bedrooms, corridors, public areas and linen cupboards).
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- To actively promote a positive attitude throughout the hotel.
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Deal with or communicate guest requests i.e. second efforts to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- To actively promote a positive attitude throughout the hotel.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.
- May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high-volume periods.
- To report for duty on time and be of presentable appearance in line with company grooming & uniform standards.
