**Job Summary**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individual to join our growing organisation as a receptionist/administration assistant.

**Main duties of the job**

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day/5 days a week.

Deal effectively and promptly with all telephone enquiries and anyone visiting the office.

You will have good computer skills with experience in using Microsoft Office packages/ Excel and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

Collecting and processing data.

Participate in team meetings and be actively involved in generating ideas for service improvement, and participating in any improvement projects as and when required.

Any other duties deemed appropriate for the role, providing support to other areas of the organisation as necessary.

- Demonstrate the ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail

- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good planning, organisational and timekeeping skills
- Ability to work as a team and deal with enquiries and other matters which are routine but able to refer non routine enquiries to others as appropriate
- Problem solving skills using known facts or situations or previous experience to determine best course of action
- Provides and receives routine information and disseminates to work colleagues or external contacts as appropriate
- Able to maintain concentration over a period of time which may involve the frequent and prolonged use of IT equipment
- Checkable work record and references

**Qualification Essential**
- General education to GCSE standards

**Experience Essential**
- Good clear verbal and written communication skills
- Telephone experience / pleasant manner
- Good IT skills, proficient in Word/Excel
- Familiarity with filing and administrative systems
- Team member

**Experience Desirable**
- Driver

**Salary**: £18,018.55-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
