**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, serving as the expert in your area.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase available rentals to prospective tenants.
- Provide guidance and advice to landlords on property marketing, pricing.
- Stay up-to-date with local property market trends, rental values, and regulatory changes.
- Use market insights to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their rental properties.
- Create appealing property listings and high-quality photos.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote available properties to let and attract prospective tenants.
- Build the lettings business in your local area through different aspects of marketing.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience in Lettings essential.
- Strong knowledge of the local Lettings market and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Entrepreneurial skill set, with a 'can do' attitude.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be required for property visits.
