**Home based Supervising Social Worker - No Form Fs, No Out of Hours**

**£34,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + £3,000 car allowance**

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the East of England area, in order to help them recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker role.

This is a home based position, offering you more stability. You will have to go to their office in Norwich now and then for team meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of about 8 - 9 foster carers, so very low. The foster carers are in Norfolf mainly, with some in Suffolk and in Cambridgeshire.

The role involves just supervision of the foster carers, so you will not be completing any form f assessments on top.

For the first 12 months, you will not be working any out of hours, so you will be working Monday to Friday only and have a much better work - life balance.

They are using a therapeutic model and they actually have a therapeutic lead who works directly with the carers, and he offers reflective space for workers on a monthly basis.

**Requirements**:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have experience in fostering ideally, or in looked after children or adoption services
- you have a Social Work Degree and a driving license
