Health Care Support Worker

As a Health Care Support Worker, you’ll be working within an Integrated Care Team in the community delivering care to housebound patients in the community in the West New Forest area (Ringwood and Fordinbridge). You would be working under the supervision of a Community Nurse.
This is a diverse role offering responsibility for maintaining patient’s health and well-being in their own homes, with the aim of avoiding any unnecessary admissions into Acute Hospital In-Patient setting.
We offer a wide range of different clinical experiences. Opportunities are available for a motivated individual to build their skills in a variety of areas.
