Turning Lives Around is a Leeds based charity that provides life-changing support to vulnerable people across the city of Leeds. We are committed to providing innovative services that empower people.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the Our Way Leeds team as a housing support worker, who can deliver high quality support to achieve positive outcomes. Our Way Leeds provides housing related support to young people aged 16-25. We are a consortium service delivered by Turning Lives Around, Foundation and Gipsil, offering accommodation and floating support to empower young people to live independently.

At Our Way Leeds, we believe that with support to stabilize a tenancy, young people can be further supported to achieve their full potential, and we pride ourselves on engaging young people to help them do this.

Young people supported by Our Way Leeds benefit from access to in house welfare advice services, wellbeing coordinators, intensive support workers and counselling, ensuring that we can provide a multi-faceted approach to support.

Do you have an understanding of tenancy support, and the barriers homeless young people face?

Do you have a drive to engage young people with multiple needs, to support them to meet their goals?

Do you have the ability to think on your feet and manage situations that need quick-thinking, creative approaches?

Then we would love to hear from you.
