We are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive for the North America markets. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, who is based in Bogota, you will be joining our London-based Marketing department which is part of the wider global Marketing team. The team is multilingual and multinational, made up of market and channel experts and would offer an upcoming marketer a great opportunity to learn and develop their career.
**Duties and responsibilities
- Support in the development and implementation of the Regional Marketing Brief with focus on high growth in revenue and ROI in marketing costs.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Liaising with the internal agency for development of marketing channels: SEM, SEO, Social Media, Content, Analytics, Website management, Design and Offline ventures
- Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Lead the project management of the website, landing pages and content initiatives including the blog
- Support the development of the Performance Media strategy in conjunction with the internal team, supporting the optimization of the campaigns.
- Support the development of SEO strategy in conjunction with the SEO Manager, seeding content and link building
- Create, execute and report results on CRM and Social Media calendar plans to support Marketing and Sales campaign
- Localisation (and/or translation) of Global campaigns and Marketing assets
- Sourcing and securing affiliation partnerships/influencers
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing campaigns
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues

- Knowledge of HTML and experience of using a CMS

- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or above (or relevant experience)
