- Champion Asda’s standards within the business and with suppliers so all of our products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Take the lead on customer dissatisfaction, leveraging the power of the BUD to bring about meaningful and sustainable change
- Lead and own investigations into serious customer complaints and enforcement interactions
- Take a leading role in product launches with our supply partners - so we all deliver right first time for customers
- Own the review and approval of specifications, ensuring the principle of intrinsic food safety are at the heart of every product launched
- Play an active and significant part in product optimisation to ensure we are able to offer Asda brand products at Asda price
- Maintain a strong grip on key customer KPIs that you robustly deliver within your accountable area

- Degree or equivalent experience in relevant product or scientific area.
- Manufacturing experience in operations, technical or product development.
- Computer literate
- Commercially & customer aware
- Ability to prioritise and flex to business needs
