**The opportunity**
We are looking for a **Trainee Administrator** to join our team at **Stable Vehicle Contracts**, based in **South Liverpool**. This full-time role is ideal for someone starting their career in administration or looking to develop new skills.
You will help ensure our customers have a smooth journey, from placing their order to receiving their vehicle. You’ll work with our team and customers to keep everything running efficiently while learning valuable skills.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Update our systems to keep information accurate and organised.
- Send finance agreements to customers.
- Assist with processing finance agreements in line with guidelines.
- Contact customers to arrange vehicle delivery dates.
- Handle customer payments safely and securely.
- Keep files and documents well-organised.
- Support the team in following rules and processes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- No previous experience is needed—we’ll support you to learn.
- Good organisational skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- A polite and professional telephone manner.
- A team player who enjoys working with others.

Stable Vehicle Contracts LLP were established in 2009 and have become an industry leader in the supply of new cars and commercial vehicles through leasing and contract hire.
We are part of a large, family owned dealership group (Swansway Garages) who are based in Crewe.
Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.
We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
But, it’s not what we do that makes us the company we are, it’s how we do it; it’s our family heritage that sets us apart, with the Smyth family playing a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business; we genuinely care about our customers and our Swansway family and that makes us a great place to work.
