We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Technical Instructor to join our team working in local venues across East and South East Staffordshire delivering high quality Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR).

**The Role**

Job Summary/Job purpose:
To work independently under the direction of a physiotherapist/exercise physiologist to support an efficient day-to-day running of the pulmonary rehabilitation service, at local venues, by providing highly skilled support work. This service will be provided using existing traditional face to face programmes and also through the use of digital remote monitoring technology.

**Main duties of the job**
- To work independently under the direction of the Physiotherapist /exercise physiologist supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the service, at local venues, by providing highly skilled support work.
- To deliver pulmonary rehabilitation plans independently and progress treatments within guidelines and protocols. To be accountable for these tasks.
- To be responsible for demonstrating tasks and the use of equipment to individuals and groups of service users/patients
- To provide education sessions as part of the pulmonary rehabilitation programme
