**Role Overview**:
As a SEND Support Worker, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Your efforts will help build students' confidence, enhance their learning experiences, and provide essential support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Develop positive relationships to build students' self-esteem.
- Support class teachers with various classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Assist with personal care duties as necessary.
